Company with limited responsibility “Agency of Scientific Tours” (“AST”
Ltd) was founded September 17, 2002 by the joint Decision of the Presidium of
the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS) and the Russian International Academy of
Tourism (RIAT).
The main goal of the Agency is the development of the scientific tours and
providing extra-budget financial support to the RAS and RIAT organizations and
international propaganda of the Russian Science achievements.
